Joshua Tree Closed?

I have reservations for a beautiful site at Black Rock Campground just outside of Joshua Tree NP this week. With the government shutdown, it may be closed. Can't seem to get any definitive information, nobody answering phones and a generic "you will be notified if your reservations are affected" type message. Very upsetting. If anyone knows and information on Black Rock closure please let me know!

A news report I read (sorry, not sure what the source was) said that all National Parks were opened. Bathroom cleaning and some services provided by park folks might be less than expected.

Thanks Jenn but I can't seem to get a definitive answer. Generic message on recreation.gov that affected reservations would be notified. Nobody answering phones. Finally reached a ranger station who said that the campgrounds were "probably" closed because everyone was furloughed. Black Rock is right outside of the national park.
