How many in Florida? Mention it just because reservation in Florida is full of peril

“Some days I worry I'm turning into Mr Wilson from Dennis the Menace...the cartoon version.”After retiring I began attending daily mass(equals a period of “mindfulness”). My personal prayer is that I not become a grumpy old man married to an old scold.Heh...kids annoying at campgrounds-
been there done that on all sides...annoying kid, harried parent, boy scout leader,
now genial elder camper suffering patiently...
but reminiscing...good times!
Now I got a dog, my own "menace", while waiting on the grandkids...

Yet another reason why the CampInn is so invaluable to mental health when you can just hook up and go, to dispersed camp away from crowds, or the little known places with no shore power that you can park the aluminum tent on wheels and zen out...
Or set loose the hounds!
A quick estimation would be close to 85%. Other destinations include GA, SC, and NC. Hope to expand the travels once Terri retires in a few years. 30% are by myself at the moment, which I enjoy just as much. How many in Florida? Mention it just because reservation in Florida is full of perilThat is major impressive...Spending 40% of your nights out and about...yah, that's what I call "Winning"
I visited the Captain's Hideaway at your suggestion: really cool idea and well done in execution, but they were in process of selling. Wonder who got it and what is like after the last Hurricane hit not far south at Cedar Key.
It warmed me just looking at the picture. It's been a while since we've had a fire going all day..

It's good that you are having the surgery done, and it's one of the surgeries that have seen a huge advancement in both technique, and outcomes over the years.I lost my cell phone this morning and it took me two hours to find it. And where was it? I made it into the bed and finally tore the bed apart. This was after crawling along on the floor. I have cataracts and don’t see so well.
Speaking of cataracts I can’t drive and have my first surgery this Friday. I haven’t driven in two months and have depended on friends to take me where I need to go.
My 94 year old mom had hers done recently and can see better than she has in years. No longer needs glasses for distance. It's a wonderful thing.I lost my cell phone this morning and it took me two hours to find it. And where was it? I made it into the bed and finally tore the bed apart. This was after crawling along on the floor. I have cataracts and don’t see so well.
