Guess, I'll start but I'm sure some of the more literate posters will chime in. What a wonderful weekend. First of all, the stars: the Coast Redwoods - what national treasures they are. We were so fortunate to be able to share space with them. Joannie and Dean Hubbard worked incredibly hard to make sure the weekend was fun and everyone felt welcome. From what I could tell, there were 10 Camp-Inns and they drew a lot of attention (especially since 5 of them wound up in the same circle and anyone climbing the stairs to the "activity" area had to walk past.) The weather stayed cool (which helped to keep the evidence of hundred of uses of the vault toilets down). Speaking of, Joannie and crew - this HAD to be masterminded by a lady - outfitted each toilet with wipes, deodorizer, night-time lights, hand sanitizer, paper towels, etc. etc. We (the Piggotts) loved re-connecting with friends from Mossyrock and elsewhere, meeting friends with whom we've communicated on the forum, and meeting lots of new people. Here are some random photos - I'm sure there will be more coming.
Jenn's naked chicken, ready for roasting in the Cobb Cooker
Attempt to break the world record for lit Coleman lanterns (didn't make it but was really cool)
Part of the "Camp-Inn Hood"
My favorite, made by Roly from California. The toaster, bread, coffee pot (with insides) and cup/saucer all carved from wood.
