Although I have a portable gas grill, I don't like schlepping it along and have grown very fond of cooking my protein over an open fire (and using the CI stove). Found this portable cooking grate that breaks down into an 18 inch bag. There are others, but way more expensive and I like that it breaks down. I'll report back on how well it works.
