I sent out an email update for the Camp-Outt with a couple of attachments. If you did not receive it, let me know & I will resend it.

Potluck
We will have our potluck dinner on Saturday about 5:30pm. Below is a list of possible things to bring for the potluck. If you know what you will be bringing/making, please let me know and I will add you to the list.

If you are unsure, that’s okay. There will be a list posted at the Camp-Outt so you can get some idea of what others are bringing and to which you can add your name and dish.

Dessert will be provided…our usual Dutch oven cobblers and homemade ice cream (but you have to help turn the crank!).

At this time, we are expecting about 115 people! Woo-hoo! Our largest group to date!

Just a reminder that when making a potluck dish, plan on it feeding about 6-8 people and that should make enough for everyone without a ton of leftovers. Note: For those of you who may be cooking with a Dutch Oven, a 10" one will be plenty big enough; a 12" will feed A LOT of people!

There is a large grocery store within 10 miles of the campground in case you need supplies.

Potluck (Saturday evening)
(indicate what you are bringing - i.e. fruit salad, wheat rolls and butter. Be creative - appetizers, main dishes, side dishes, breads, etc )

Note: Desserts are not needed, as they will be provided.

Unfortunately, we aren't going to be able to stick around the Necedah area long enough to attend the CICO after we pick up our trailer on Tuesday, but do plan to spend our first night at the park. If there are any early arrivals staying overnight, please look for us (I'm assuming ours will be the shiniest 550 Classic)

Bob and Kathy

Hate it you can't hang in the area for the Outing.

You wouldn't have to worry about a dish for pot luck, I'll guarrantee ya there will be MORE than enough food. An we won't hurt your new family member. Honest.

You will be in good company...Tom's already there & yours will be as shiny as his...he picks it up on Monday. :)

Betsey, we have a plan to meet Tom tomorrow at the park on our way into Necedah where we'll stay for the night so we can be on your doorstop bright and early! (we were told 9:30)

Kathy & Bob,

Have fun with your new baby. Wish you could stay for the Camp-Outt, but I understand how life has other plans.

Hope to meet you & camp with you in the future!

Good evening Betsy

Still on the road so not getting emails. Sue is planning to bake a couple of spinach quiche for Saturdays pot luck. Right now we are in Moab UT. Should be arriving Necedah Friday.

I know, I put it there :) but I hadn't heard if you were coming... ;)

I had thought you probably would, but didn't know for sure & was just waiting for confirmation. :)

Also, it might not have been you...In the past, we have had people with same first name & last initial on the list. They thought they were seeing double! :o

As of noon today, 27 units had arrived with a couple more entering the park as I as leaving.

Weather is cool but sunny & beautiful!

Great to see everyone!
