Clam worked great for us. I refer to it as The Sanctuary, allowing us to eat in peace. We also bought some side panels from clam that provide privacy and/or protection from wind. Clam goes up and packs down quick. Love it.

I have read it’s sufficient for email, text, VOIP calls. We now have a few places in the Sierra we want to test it. Waiting impatiently for the Mini’s arrival.

We are onboard with the Starlink Mini. Just purchased it. We’ll be doing the basic Roam deal. No intention of streaming anything. Probably be on standby most of the year but that seems worth the $5/month. We’ll be running it off a Peakdo battery which attaches to the back.

I’m biased but I think it’s pretty great! ❤️
