Ultra Vs. Classic Door Locks

We are having trouble with one of our Ultra door locks. Even with repeated applications of silicone spray, I cannot get the key to turn. If we have to replace the door locks, is there any difference in the functionality or durability of the Ultra locks as compared to the Classic locks? And, are the 2 styles interchangeable on a 2019 Ultra 550?

Lock issues on a 2019?? I would contact Camp-Inn. That might still be under warranty, but if not they can surely help.

The Classic and the Ultra door handles are not interchangeable.
