Trailer cover

I am not sure how many people have the big cover that covers the entire trailer. We store our trailer outside with the cover on. With the rain and the HUGE amount of pollen we current have going on (it has been a couple of years since the plants have exploded like this), we are noticing it is starting to discolor. Does anyone have ideas of the best way to clean it, without harming the fabric (not entirely sure what it is made of and also don't want to affect the water-resistance).

Has anyone had experience with this, or does Camp-Inn have advice?

Thanks in advance!

Sarah, do you store the camper under anything, ie a carport? I'd like to store the camper outside with the cover on, but was told that the finish will be damaged eventually, that it's not a good idea unless it is parked under a roof.

Last year it was out all year, no roof. This winter (with the purchase of an enclose trailer for Micks race car) we were able to bring it into the garage. We don't have the space in the garage for more than one thing. We spend a good deal of time polishing it in the spring (one reason Mick decided his beloved would be ok in the new trailer I think). The cover does leave marks on the finish, but it has been buffing out.
