This is Awesome!

Picked up the CI. Sitting at a campground. Yes I'm plugged in. Its 25 outside. I'm warm. Dogs happy. Everything just worked. This is fabulous. Very happy right now.

Heheh... Kewl...
I'm looking to come down there possibly next week, Deschutes... glad it's warming up down there... LOL...

Frank you will be here in time from rain. They say it is coming fom Hawaii, so at least it will feel like you are there...or something!

Congrats Bill and Vicki! Have fun!

Yah, the "Pineapple Express"...
If solid rain then will pass... looking for water falls and you all have about 7 of them down in that area... then a later trip to Silver Falls??

Congratulations Bill and Vicki,

OK - key question - how long did it take you to get through the factory orientation with Cary???

Yes - hope to see you at the PNW gathering...

Bill&Vickie,

Good for you! 25 degrees is nothing in a CI. Enjoy your new life!

Hey, fpoole-

Send that pineapple express down here. We're so darn dry we should rename the place Gobi.

I could have talked to Cary a lot longer but 5 hours is what we took. He was very very generous with his time, and his explanations. And of course I ask a lot of dumb questions. All of which were handled graciously.

Hi Billy,

5 hours might be considered a fast checkout.... and gracious - absolutely.... Cary even helped me fix a major screw up by UHaul when they installed the electrical for the trailer... no questions asked.

Hope to see you at the PNW CI gathering.

Dave K

Campinn is definitely a class act....yeah, you pay a lot for one....but I look atbitbhe same way I do when I buy a tool.

My first circular saw was a skill....nothing big. Yeah, it cuts but its messy and the edge is kind of rough.

My second saw is a festool track saw...it leaves no debris, it leaves an edge on the hardest wood to plywood that is "finish ready" and leaves zero tear out. It cost 5 times the price of the skill, but every time iuse it, I love it. I don't think about the money any more. I'm just happy with the outcome. I can never say that about the skillsaw.

My ultra 560 is exactly the same way.

Our delivery took about the same amount of time....no SNAFUs, but the entire time we were there, Cary was showing off his companies work...constant refining what I thought was already a great finish product. Attention to details, and seeking always to make what was completed just a little better...
