Bumper Stainless Steel Bumper

Not sure of weight but I considered it a necessity when I ordered mine. It would only take a minor bump to cave in the aluminum. Dave
 
Same here... I also use it to attach stuff, like a quick plastic bag for trash and other things, sort like an "Anchor" and the thought of a dent in the body, well, just wouldn't want the hassles/costs of getting it fixed. I don't think weight is an issue in the overall scheme of things.. I also have the bike rack and the weight of that and 1 or 2 bikes on the back will far out weigh it. I don't know of any difference unless tow vehicle is right on the margin...

I am hoping to get one attached when we head out east for the CICO. Need to talk to Cary about it still (heads up, Cary!). Wish we had gotten it when she was built in the first place!
