Solar Panel Experiment

I found for myself on this site: Must-Have RV Accessories - RV Camp Gear a small solar panel renogy 200, do you think it will be enough for 2012 EVERGREEN EVER-LITE 29FK or do you need more powerful?

Famous answer: That depends. :D

What size battery do you have, and how depleted it is in the morning as the sun is coming up on on 'average' 24 hour day? For the sake of argument, on Saturday morning you set up camp with full batteries. What is you state of charge sunday morning? That will gauge approximately how much power you need as a starting point.

Thaanks! I will try to experiment

I am finding that in general I use a LOT more electricity than I thought I did, and that the battery solutions do not stretch as far as the marketing people suggest :D Shocking I know.

I think in a campinn you're 100 watt is probably adequate -- I used my little 50 watt'er to top off my battery on a sunny day after a night --- during the day, everything is turned off --- its overnight when I suck the juice like crazy -- fans, laptops, battery charging....
