As much as the CampInn provides acres of prep surface with the tables and extensions, sometimes you just want more. Such as a place to be able put groceries/food if you are loading or unloading the cooler on the side table, without impinging on the galley surface, which may be in use.
This one works around the campfire as a side table, or perched on either fender. Mine is a Woods, but I think that they are all made identically in China at the same factory and any number of companies can slap their name on them:

They fold up pretty small, but are solid when assembled. Dual height with folding legs. If you want to put it on the fender you need to disassemble it and remove one of the 5 slats and re-tie the bungee cord that holds it all together. Then it's the proper width. The rubber shelf liner keeps it planted.
Just one that I found that isn't a Woods and is available in the lower 48: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BJ1GVNS...4a11&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9kZXRhaWwy&th=1
