I've got the same thing for sale. Brand new. I think I set it up once in the driveway, but certainly has never been used camping. (For some reason I thought we needed two side tents, but we haven't used either in two years.) Yours for $250 + shipping.

Since the other one appeared to have gone unsold for a couple months, and was in WI, I thought I may be able to pick it up personally on my trip to Oshkosh next week for the airshow, saving any shipping, and maybe bargain for a bit better than the asking.
Since it was sold, we picked up a small stand alone changing / shower tent in the meantime. We'll see how that works out for a bit, and if we find it unsatisfactory, we'll keep your offer in mind.
