shower & galley hot water setup

Sharing idea for those who want fairly easy shower setup. Also has a 2nd hose faucet for galley sink hot water. Molle panels used for exterior mount.(some may want to mount joolca hottap2 backplane, travel with hottap2 in camper, and install at camp) Joolca ensuite has decent rain roof but the Kammok awning is awesome for simple rain or shade deploy anytime. Huge Thank You to Camp-Inn team for installation and hose faucet organization!

That looks excellent. We've been thinking about this also, as well as an aluminum mount for the water can to go on the other side of the trailer. Tricky to avoid the wiring in the wall if doing it myself.
Did you select the Joolca for a specific reason vs the other brands such as Camplux?
Thanks for sharing!

Now THIS is what I need for the hot tub option in secret development at The Nest.

Seriously- how is molle attached to walls, how much do the units weigh, and are they kept on while towing?

Nothing beats a hot shower rinse after a long dusty day of desert hiking...far from crowds at KOAs or the popular NPS and State Campgrounds- on BLM, USFS or other remote spots where you must bring your own water and power.

Its super exciting to see people push the "off road" capability of the CI.

Fwiw: I have the 7gal road shower next to a yakima cargo box on roof rack on tow vehicle as I have the factory solar roof on CI, and prefer to load up my TV- VW Alltrack with heavy stuff vs add to weight on towed unit. Thats just a function of limits on tow vehicle in my case: 2000# tow.

The Road Shower is "just ok" as a hot water source as it cools off fast when sun goes down, and on cloudy days none/not much heat.
But it is good as a second water source for longer boondocking and I can easily drain into the CI if I want to top off/use that fresh tank, and the Road Shower has a shower handle end so I can hot wash up on dishes, muddy paws, in addition to shower/rinse soap off my big ol bod.

But all in all, for my style of "soft roading using AWD to tow"-
if one has room in the TV then a couple/three of 5gal plastic jerry cans is even better as that lowers the C.G, and extends time boondocking/dry camping at the sort of off the beaten path places like Army Corps of Engineers or remote county parks that are useable and empty in shoulder season with no facilities.

So this is really the next step up in Glamping!
Following how it works with great interest...

Joolca was selected for wall mount. Agree recommend Camp-Inn shop install for certain, I think anyway. I did have Cary install a molle panel on other side so I can use at campsites.

The hottapv2 is about 9lbs and double ensuite 18lbs. Hoses weight depend on assortment. I keep the softbags mounted while towing. Good Molle panels are expensive and have weight restrictions. Bags do deduct 1 to 1.5 mpg from my TV. Some truck campers travel with unit mounted while others mount unit at camp.

I have a 23Zero and Yakima water tank mounted on the tv. Quick overnight stops the shower tent works great as a potty room instead of setting up the side tent . It sets up and takes down in a couple minutes.
The shower We’ve used it to wash the dog off before jumping into the car all muddy and have used it a couple times.
