Potato-Sausage Stew
Ingredients:
½ # Pork Sausage - mild or extra mild
1 large whole onion – chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can whole kernel corn
2 cups of milk (more if you like your soup thinner)
Salt & pepper
Cheese (grated Cheddar)
4 cups of Hash Brown Potatoes
OR
4 cups of peeled, diced Potatoes
Directions:
Brown sausage in a #12 deep Dutch oven, add onion (while browning meat), then add the potatoes, 1 can of Chicken broth. Cook together until potatoes are tender. Then add 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 can of whole kernel corn(juice & all), and 2 cups of milk. Salt & Pepper to taste.
Top with grated cheese just before serving.
