We are very satisfied with how well this Lodge ci griddle:

and Progressive collapsible over-the-sink dish drainer:

fit in the right side galley bin, along with our pots & pans, bowls, etc.

Jim installed a cleat for the griddle to rest on:

Here is another view of the cleat:

You can also see our set of Magma Stainless steel pots...pricey but a great investment!

Underneath them, is a Nesting 10 piece Stainless steel bowl and lid set from Costco.

The griddle fits perfectly:

And I made a quilted case from an old bedspread to protect everything:

The grill also fits the Camp-Inn stove very nicely:

And on top of it all, fits the collapsible dish drainer, another perfect fit:

Here is the dish drainer on one of the bus trays that we use for washing dishes, you can find at any restaurant supply store, or Sam's Club:

When we travel, our shoe boxes fit in the "kitchen sinks":

And the kitchen sinks travel in the cabin, on the bed, where our feet belong!:

A place for everything, and everything in it's place! That's how we like it!!

We have the single burner lodge griddle for the trailer and I love it because I can be making pancakes on one burner and my coffee on the other, and everyone is happy. Tested it out this morning and worked flawlessly! Super cool! I use this same double one at home on our gas cooktop, and love it too.

Thanks for idea and pictures! We have two collapsible tubs for sinks, but my husband sometimes complains they are too small.
