Leaking sunroof

Well love my camper so far, but during a recent storm our sunroof started to leak. I inspected the seal by removing the glass and found no issues that jumped out as a possible leak area. That night it leaked again ??? Anyone else run into these issues?
 
Any chance it is just condensation? The gasket on our sunroof will collect water sometimes and then drip on my head at night.
 
nope, you can see it leaking threw when the rain starts. Whats strange is the seal looks fine. My unit is 4 years old maybe a new seal is needed??
