We finally decided on our final specs for our 550 Ultra. Thanks to all who helped us decide!
Here is the list of options we chose.
SUV off road package
Electric Brakes
15 inch TV w/dvd/CD
AGM battery upgrade
Internal battery isolator
Stainless steel bumper
backup lights
AC/DC Refr freezer
insulated cover
25 ft gas water extension
galley windscreens
door screens pair
LP gas meter
Spare tire
Cup holders (2)

We added the SS bumper after a lot of messages from you folks. We did remove the Alcan Cover though for various reasons.
We also elected to upgrade to alloy wheels, (on our own) thinking we like the looks a little better.

I am semi-retired, (almost fully retired) and my wife Kathy is a nurse working three days a week. We are so looking forward to getting the CI and taking it everywhere.
We haven't decided a final name for it, but we were thinking of one name.
Since I am a nature and landscape photographer and am always following the Sun or "light" and our last name is "Tripp" we thought we would call our 550 the "Light Tripper". The other name we were thinking of was "Light Sleeper".
What do you think?
Anyways, thanks for your help and we look forward to participating more to this forum as well as hopefully see some of you on the road and other events.

I like Light Tripper - but it's a personal choice, so you follow your feelings on that one....and congratulations! What's your number?

We ordered our 560 Ultra last month & are waiting "patiently" for construction to begin.

Lightroom could be a neat name. It could be our little " adobe" hutch. (sorry for the photographic pun, get it?)

My wife wanted something in the name with "Tripp" in it, so my Light Sleeper name won't work either.

Looks like you chose a winner. We have the 550 Classic on order and (lucky, lucky us) are leaving this Saturday to go fetch her home. You think the waiting right now is the hardest part, but once the photos start showing up, the excitement is almost unbearable. Ease your tension here in this forum. That is what we did...and are still doing. Lots of wonderful people here with tons of support, ideas and experience.

It was a fun surprise to learn a name was expected for our CI. Sort of in the line of naming a P38 or a destroyer escort or that blue tailed lizard that lives under a rock in the back yard....no, wait...that's just me...scratch that.

Anyway, you'll find your name soon enough...and have lots of help doing it.

How about "Tripp the Light Fantastic"

Nobody said it had to be a short name....
