George asked me to post photos of our rig whene everything was packed in - so here it is. Still plenty of room for more junk. 
Actually, I think we will pack less and less as we camp more.
We took our 12" and 8" dutch oven. The stainless cooler has all the food.
Katie's bike is on the bed on top of all our gear. The heavy gear is at the foot of the bed to keep the tongue weight down.
Both Bazooka bikes fit easily in the rear of the CR-V with the seats in place.
