Front Corner Leaks...

Hey all, first post here. I'm the new owner of #177 and just picked it up last weekend. I found some water damage on the front corners and on the bottoms of the doors. before I get to deep into it I was just wondering if anyone has seen this before and could point me in a direction of where the water might be getting in. Other than these few spots its in great condition even thought it hadn't been used in a few years.

Are they pictures under the cabinets? Ditto to call Carey. He knows all and will help.

Could be condensation damage rather than a leak. Looks to be in the mattress area.

Do you have the black Alcan cover on the front? That leaking might be the foam backing of the Alcan holding water against the wood frame of that location on the outside. Trim the foam away from that location.
