Yep, watching Christmas Story now. Just got the "Lamp" delivered and trying to figure out what it is...

And sad... that I recognized a lot of the items in there, furnace/stove/ push button lights..

Nope, but more of an Adult movie of a person's childhood.

But I would never have picked it due to the descriptions/covers..
Will add it to the Xmas Vids list... and yes, I did get a Red Ryder BB gun, but not the fancy on like had.. but it was good enough to fend off "Black Bart" and his gang... heheh..

Getting antsy, need to go camping... even before the CICO...
Not sure where yet.. have friend in Fallon, NV (Navy of all places)....

I think I'd rather do a 4-5 day trip, come back, regroup and the head out... Might try down to Oregon... for the Zip line thing... not sure yet. Heading out now would be a little toooooo long... me thinks... will know in a few days... as I'm all set, nothing else I can think of to delay it..heheh..no more excuses etc...

A friend of mine's son was an extra in Christmas Story - with a small speaking part. When the son/protagonist in the movie is waiting in line to see Santa, he briefly interacts with a boy who is wearing aviator goggles - that boy, played by David Svoboda, is the son of our friends Les and Marlene.
