Bungee Cords

Bungee cords are those wonderful helpful things that drive me nuts trying to find a great way to store them.

Hang them up and they become a tangled mess, have to sort to find correct length, not easy to tie/warp like extension cords, throw in a bucket, that is a worse mess.

So what is your solution?

I can't speak for the teardrop storage (I will have to learn that in a few weeks), but on my dad's boat he keeps them in a plastic cylander container that has a lid. They slide in and stand up straight in there, and he has several different sizes/styles of bungees and they all go in there. He keeps them right next to the hatch, so they are easy to grab in a hurry! I think he actually bought bungee cords and they came in the container, and he just kept using it. I would say it is about the circum. of a 28oz tomato can and stands nearly a foot high. Not sure if that helps!

Get one of those electric extension cord storage cards and hook the ends on the edge and wrap other end around till the hook lines up with edge and hook it on.
