Does anyone have experience with bearing buddy hub covers? My one major pet peeve with my ultra 560 is that the hubs are not eazy lube....

Water infiltration isn't an issue as it is with boat trailers, so I think just changing the dust cover out should be adequate. Also, will the bearing buddy fit in the baby moon cover? Maybe that's why eazy lubes weren't put installed in the first place....
 
I only picked up my 560 last weekend so I have not had a chance to look over the bearings, etc.

However, I used to have bearing buddies on my Jet Ski trailer and do have them on my boat trailer now and they are great. They do make keeping the bearings lubed really easy. The covers for them fit nicely and do keep water out pretty well (along with dirt/dust). So if they fit, I agree, it would be nice to pop them on...I will look at it this weekend and let you know my thoughts.
 
When I was talking to Cary about mounting a hubodometer, he used a colorful phrase to describe how the hubcaps fit to the hub covers so there probably isn't room. Of course you could drill a hole in the hubcaps and access the grease fitting without removing the hubcaps (just kidding).
 
Bearing buddies and other ez-lube hub caps should not be used in this application. Pumping the entire hub full of grease makes them run hot and requires to run at a lower speed. You are speed rating the hubs by making this change. Those hubs are great for boat trailers and limited use utility trailers (only way to go on those) but for the speeds and distances Camp-Inn owners drive it is not recommended.
