I have both the awning and the tent room for sale. The dogs don't care for camping as much as we thought so we decided to swap out for the Kammok awning. Tent was used twice, awning was used at most 5 times. It is currently at Camp Inn and it does also have the brackets making it a pretty easy install for the Camp Inn Team for a new build or a CI needing some extra love. Just need the roof rack!

Thats a nice side tent and awning combo.
ARB has a good rep for quality under use.

Really easy to beat the wet and bugs.
I think @SethB uses one, correct?

PS: like the fast deployment on the Kammock:

What do you do with dogs when they are not out in tent?

Quite right, we use our 8’ ARB awning All. The. Time! For us it’s one of the two best exterior accessories. Deploys quick, high functionality. If we didn’t need rack access for a canoe we might have two awnings.

As it turned out the big awning room wasn’t for us. But other folks love them!

It’s a a perfect spot for the pooch bed and some seating in bad weather.
