Attendee list updated.

Also, a reminder that if you are ordering shirts, September 10 is the last day to order to guarantee they are ready for the CICO. If ordered after that date, they might not be ready in time and would need to be shipped.

If you have already registered, you can still add shirts. Just register again, adding what shirts you would like. I will update your registration/order accordingly.

This year's shirt is available in short sleeve, long sleeve and crew neck sweatshirt.

In addition, due to the last year's misprint on the t-shirts, we are re-printing them for this year. These can also be ordered when you register and are only available in short sleeve.

Weather Forecast (according to Accuweather). Of course, this is just a prediction...
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday ; all of those days indicate some showers; but used words like 'showers in places' and 'couple of morning showers'; so hopefully whatever rain is coming, will be short and not torrential.
Friday/Saturday/Sunday Forecast for Mauston says words like 'warm', 'sunshine', 'pleasant'. Highs in the mid-70s.

Depending upon your arrival time, you may or may not need a shelter (for rain); but likely I'll want to put up my 'bug-free zone'. I suspect the current and on-going showers will be enough for the mosquitos to absolutely love us all this weekend!

Central Wisconsin weather tonight is forecasting high 68 Tuesday 72 Friday and 75 Saturday and Sunday no rain
Right now, Tuesday morning, the sun is coming up, clouds are shades of pretty, it's very humid, lots of clear sky but still cloudy foggy. Still cool enough to wear a fleece.
Time for coffee...a Wisconsin Door County brand with notes of cherry.

Just a heads up. Camp-Outt headquarters has new sites this year. We are now in sites #259, 263, 264, 269 & 270. As in years past, please do not set up in these sites, as they are where the canopy, campfire ring and our staff need to be set up.

Thanks & see you soon!

Betsey

Oh Betsey, look at this!
The area where the tables are is fine but where your camp sites are is still a lake. This is about an hour after the rain. (I was going to camp there last night!)
I dont think we have this kind of rain again but just wanted you to know.

Thanks Jenn! Just seeing this! As of today, it is all good but I'm sure the moisture will only add to the mosquito population.

Got to make the bed, load the cooler, throw some clothing in and I should be out of here by early afternoon to begin the trek.

Sadly Mrs Sweeney can't make it again --- the 'flu' I got last week, she is still recovering from - so again -- camping solo. :(

Happy Trails!
See you soon.
The big white tent is up.

Woot! Have fun Gerry!
PM'd ya in followup to that ghost short you Cary and Craig helped me on...no more killing my batt-tree...

And no names need be mentioned but I have a crazy story about going to a local victron referred tech which was a close call- eager young but confused kid...
imma put it down to miscommunication to be generous...but:

the bottom line:
and to Sweeneys mobile RV tech biz:

you need someone who knows RVs and ideally CampInns if your electrical troubleshooting skilz are pitiful like mine...and if its too far from the Nest to tow to git-r-done right.

I was able to puzzle it out FINALLY with Cary, Craig and Sweeney kind help...and if David Rossiter is there, thanks to him as well!

PS: I'm hoping to hear of spooky CI camping stories; bears, BigFoot, and how to deter trash pandas...
"there I was at 10,000 feet, upside down in a flat spin, bandits at all sides..."
(hands waving in circles...wait...wrong camp in!)

Arooo!
