Sherry, I love your bedding description. Is your slipcover a full or queen? Carol

Jim and Jamie, We would love to come but we don't think we will be back until the end of August or beginning of September. Hopefully next year we would be able to make it. Carol

Speaking of tanks, does anyone know the empty weight of the 11 gal propane tank? Mike

We love our 560 and the quality is what sold us. As everyone has said, the factory is awesome--they are very supportive. We live in the Villages and will be here until May 18th. We are on our way to Alaska with our 560 for three months. You are more than welcome to come by and see it...

Glad to hear that things are better! Carol

Evan, Congratulations!! What a wonderful thing you and your family are doing. All the best to you all. Carol and Mike

George, thanks for all the tips. We extended our Homer visit based on your recommendations. It looks like a very interesting place. By the way, do you think we need to prebook any campgrounds in Denali and if so any recommendations? Right now it looks like we'll be up your way the second week of...

I just thought of some other suggestions that will help us with our Alaska trip that Jenn had suggested that I thought was worth sharing. Keep washcloths in your teardrop and your car to dry off with when raining. Use car mats by the galley to keep your feet dry when raining. The other...

Benn and Meribeth, Thanks for all the help you have given Mike and I. I'm glad you have posted all of this because I never remember all the great ideas and now I have it right here. My phone has been ringing off the hook from Chase because of all the ordering I have done since I have been...

George, Yikes!! It's almost April and I haven't started looking at my interior plans. Better get started so I can come by when you're home. Here's my plan so far for anyone else who might be up that way: In an earlier post I outlined our Inside Passage plans with arrival via ferry at Whittier...

It was great seeing everyone again. It is always fun to see what everyone else has done to their CI. I spent the whole day today upgrading. Jenn, I found your clamps today at Home Depot. Benn and Meribeth, I found a towel and am fixing it for the refrigerator--I am going to try velcro on the...

Jean, Oh my gosh!! What in the world happened? That is unbelievable. I am so glad you are ok. It was great seeing you again on Saturday. Glad you are ok from your accident. Carol and Mike

I just saw these posts. I am not a great sewer but I was able to sew velcro to the mattress cover and then I velcroed the bottom sheet to the mattress cover and at the bottom I sewed another piece of velcro and fastened the two sheets together with that. When you wash the sheets, they all come...

Enjoy the Keys. Maybe we can catch up when you come back through here. Mike

Cruise Inn at the Cape attendees, I just talked to Benn and Meribeth and we agreed to plan on attending the airshow on Friday. The general admission tickets are good for any one day so if weather doesn't cooperate on Fri we can go on Sat. If you want to prepurchase tickets, go to this web site...

Jean, I posted a shout out. Carol and I might be available tomorrow eve in Ocala area. Maybe even tonight. Mike

Alan and Susan, welcome from The Villages. Glad to hear we have another CI neighbor. Check out the Gathering Forum for info on a little gathering we are planning over at Jetty Park at Port Canaveral from March 21 to 24. We'd love to hear your stories so far and we have a few for you. Mike and Carol

I thought it was very nice of "them" even though the little red boat you see had a manned .50 cal machine gun. Actually i don't think they announce the comings and goings of the boats. Just lucky we happened to be taking a walk to the fishing pier and noticed all the activity. It was right at...

See Benn, I told you they would get attention. Terry, let's just say the fly united until they smash into your windshield. FL rest stops have special outside washing stations that you drive up to and get your windshield hosed off, automatically. When the bugs are bad, that's just enough to get...
