I stayed in Fort Frederick SP in Big Pool, MD and was the ONLY person in the entire campground! I was there in November. My site was 15 feet from the Potomac. Beautiful!

Home again, fresh from the road and a 4000+ mile trip with our 560! It never gets old... :)

Well, I'll level with you...I don't live in a bubble. I do, however, like to keep things on an even keel. So...at the risk of sounding unstable, I don't jack around with my teardrop. I like it even...from tongue to tail.

We put the level between the bumpers and in the front storage area too. Works great. I just epoxied an aluminum line level onto the center between the bumper tube. I did have to file off the plastic hooks of the line level to make it smooth.

What a great testimony to the teardrop life! We've only had ours for about a year, but I racked up close to 90 nights (not counting 'garage camping') in our 560 in that time. You're right David, what a big beautiful country we live in!

We just line the backsplash area with aluminum foil and use a few dots of museum putty to hold it in place. Museum putty works to keep bins from sliding around, too.

It's just the start of the "real" camping season here in Texas! Beautiful parks and almost empty in the "off" season. We have trips coming up to South Llano and Garner State Parks (two of our favs). Can't wait!
