Have 40w Zamp panels on 2017 560 with 3 prong plug. Assume it came this way. Plugged in panels after running battery down some and recharged as expected. Went to Unplug, giving a little twist counter clockwise (opposite) of when I plugged in and will not Unplug. Any suggestions?

2017 CI 560 #875 just acquired. No propane to stove. Removed tank and weight was 25lbs, TW 13.5, so appears full. With tank off trailer, opened valve and nothing comes out. I assume it should? Suggestions? I know very little about propane tanks, any help is appreciated. Thank you.
