Very easy to move although if there is a slope at the front of the garage it can throw you off. When pushing Rosy Lee in i get help to push her up the slope one the two wheels are in easy as Pie. You can always get a hitch dolly to help I'm thinking of getting one as sometimes on site I want...

Remember one day you may change your TV so might want the brakes at a later date. We started with a Santa Fee and still got the brakes so we had options. Also in the event of a re-sale some states require trailers to have brakes.
