    How far in advance?

Generally, we don't book sites ahead of time unless it is for a gathering. We like to just "go" and figure out our stops as we travel. We often have an "end of the day" general destination in mind, but it can change based on what we see & do along the way. We rarely stay at private...

    Electric Pump for Faucet

Sounds like there is an air bubble in the pump. Fill the water tank and let the faucet run full stream for about a minute. Then try shutting the faucet off. That should take care of it. If the pump runs but water doesn't come out of the faucet, try creating suction on the faucet itself...

    Natural remedies for insect bites

Meat tenderizer...never leave home without it...great on itchy bug bites & stings. Great for mosquito bites! Wet the bite with water, sprinkle on the tenderizer & rub it in...not only does it feel good on the itching but it breaks down the protein in the bite to reduce swelling, itching &...

    LEDs for Interior/Galley Lights?

:) :) I would beg to differ. Having a husband that is a mechanical design engineer, I can't tell you how many times he would come home and say "Well, marketing and sales have done it again...they've promised a client a product that doesn't exist and now expect us to design it, with no prior...

    All Stainless Steel Option

Not the only one built...there is one other from several years back...believe it was a 550. It didn't have the front windows, due to the issues of using the stainless and the way the windows were formed at that time (very labor intensive & they were convex, not flat). Yes, there was a reason...

    Tampa RV show next weekend.

We've never done RV shows and the few vintage car/street rod shows we used to do, we don't anymore. There just isn't time in an already overloaded schedule and the main reason we used to do them was to spread the word about teardrops (a fairly unknown entity here in the Midwest until maybe 6-7...

    Passing of Camp-Inn Employee

It is with sadness that we share the unexpected passing of Phil Champney, one of our valued employees, today Dec 30, 2014. Phil joined Camp-Inn early on and was one of the key people in our wood shop. If your trailer build was between #130 to present day, Phil was the lead person in the wood...
