    I'm down socal but moving to southeast, but originally from the midwest.
    You will have so much fun exploring the "great cathedrals of the western states natural parks" and state parks and land around them. CI is the perfect 3 season (and some have lived rear round, camped in snow too!)

    I think I’m probably jumping gun juuuuust a bit. We will be finalizing things with Cary no later than September to take delivery April 2026. That is the plan. It will feel real once we sign and send deposit. Can’t wait.
