That is perfect. It can be less than that and even a little more than that. What you don't want is for it to be several times that which would indicate service is due. If both sides are too loose likely just time for bearing service. If one side is normal and the other side is notably more that...

Great point. Make sure to have the tires balanced because that is not normal for trailer tires and we find it makes a big difference. Camp-Inns always come from the factory balanced. Interesting side note. Our Road Toad campers use off the shelf wheel/tire combos that come already...
The risk of driving with an empty tank is that the heat from the road surface will heat the tank up and all that moist air in the tank can create a bacteria issue. Best to drive with it full, you want as little air in the tank as possible when driving.
