It has been an absolute pleasure! Both on the forum and with the 550. We have done a lot of work on it to make it more offroad capable which, quite frankly it is VERY offroad capable. We are just at that next level stage where we need a full suspension setup and off-road specific capabilities...
Just got back from our overland trip with the teardrop. It performed fantastic. Definitely a bit bouncy considering no actual shocks, but otherwise did great with no issues.

Yeah, that became pinched which is why it will not let your pin out.
Here is what it should look like: See if you can pry it back open if possible, but that is fairly thick. Something had to hit it pretty hard to bend that.

Yeah, sidewall protection was our main goal at this point. I would be comfortable airing down 5-10psi on these if needed, but as you said its a pretty light setup anyways, but would help with some of the bounciness as well.
I think I will start with 5psi next week to see, but will play around...
