Update Deposit sent - and now I shall faint

Most of us here lined up with a deposit for our CampInn trailers. We didn't HV or pass-out, but the build wait was agonizingly long. But it too shall pass.

Over 11 years since my deposit and 10 years, 9 months since taking delivery, I have no regrets whatsoever. I have travelled with mine to all the states and provinces below, an estimated 40-50 K miles pulling the trailer.

I assume you specified the LiFePO4 battery option. If not, call Cary and add it. Having a battery that has 3000+ cycles and provide 12+ continuous voltage down to a safe 15% range is soooo much better than an AGM battery.

Welcome to the forum and I look forward to hearing about your adventures.

Thanks! Yes I have the lithium option as well as the solar package. Looking forward to many, many years of camping with that available.

I asked what the lead time was back in April and Cary said June-July timeframe, so I’m expecting July-August. Even if it’s a little longer than that I’m fine with it. Camping in Texas is brutal until about late Sept or early October.
I've camped in Texas in the winter and it was wonderful. So your ahead of us northern folk for that season.

Congratulations!

Just wait till you get all giddy over the build pics!

Are you planning a pickup at the nest? Definitely a worthwhile trip and join a great group of campers.

I am indeed - I want to meet Cary and Craig, and I also want to tour the factory and see how they're made. I want to glean all those little tidbits of information I can in case I have to work on mine for some reason.

Making CICO might be tough. I'm still thinking about how that timing would work...
