I just added one tonight as well. It will be ready in about 2 weeks as I am taking a trip to Austin with it tomorrow and will be back in about a week. So I will need a couple of days to clean it all up and get fresh pics. But you can see most of the stuff in the listing.

No, we used a small electric heater to heat it. However, I have someone coming to pick it up on Saturday.
