After many short trips in Florida and two longer trips out of state, we have decided to sell our home away from home after being the sole owners for over 10 years. It is in excellent condition. When not in use it has lived in a garage. We have pictures available but for some reason we couldn't load them. We would be glad to e-mail them if you would like. Two new tires in January 2020 and a new battery in December 2020. We are on the west coast of Florida in the Tampa Bay area.

This is unit #196.

A new camper similar to ours would now cost approximately $23,000, and you would have to wait for it to be built. You could purchase ours now for $11,800.

We are having difficulty with the Covid 19 crisis. There is only one Tax Collectors office that is open in the county and you must make an appointment to transfer title and issue the new tag. We don't think that the hassle is worth it as we are in this hibernation mode. Thanks for your interest, Mike & Linda
