so it's OK to apply the XXX over the Woody spray wax, but not vice versa.....

probably...?

but afte ryoui apply the XXX, you probably want to stop using the Woody spray wax (unless you get some sort of stain, and you'd use the Woody spray to remove the stain.....and then you'd apply XXX over that area?...)

And yes, Rob is correct. A cheapy buffer works perfect. A $30 one is all we use.

Yeah, I was a little confused about that based on all the discussion here but didn't question her. I only ordered the Triple X and the Pine Soap. I have a Porter Cable buffer that I use on my cars. Mr. Miyagi (Cary), did you apply it by hand or use the buffer for "wax on, wax off"?

Do we apply Woody's to the chrome wheels too or just use regular chrome polish?

I'm running out of Zaino car wash, does anyone know if the pine soap will be detrimental to our car's clear coat? I guess I could ask Woody.

You apply the XXX Wax by hand then use a buffer to wax off. I've used the regular Woody's Wax on the wheels as it goes on much easier (no need for buffer) and it isn't a big deal to do the wheels more frequently.

I realize this is an old topic however, I have a few spots I thought I would clean with Walbernize. What a pain in the but. Is there a better or easier cleaner? And talk about over priced product $9.00 for 16 oz and another $12. Shipping. I have used 1/2 bottle just do you one section. At this rate summer will be over before I do the whole trailer. I may just Walbernize the one side and put wax over it and the rest of the trailer.

Tried putting it on with buffer but seems you are just spreading the black oxidation around.

Any suggestions appreciated.

This will explain how to deal with the black oxidation build up you are encountering. This is the first thing everyone gets hung up on the first time they do this. Once the trick is mastered, not a problem.

The only other solution is to make the decision to go to a fully polished finish and take a aircraft buffer to it.
