Too Hot

Hey, all you guys in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico, hope you are all safe and far away from those wild fires. It was only a few years ago when it seemed the entire state of California was in flames. Damn near burned to the ground, the whole bag thing. Smoke for months and ash everywhere.

Just stay safe and remember, your CI is the perfect emergency shelter. Keep them fully stocked and ready to go.

Best of luck,

Sue and Jim

Jim,

Thanks for the thoughts.... no fires close but it won't take much. Everything is August dry and the wind just keeps blowing. Not looking forward to the 4th of July.

take care

Please don't tell me some knuckleheads are going to set off fireworks. The year California burned, most firework displays were canceled. They have been illegal in our county for years. Of course there are always those ones who want what they want, buy black market pyrotechnics and shoot them off - along with the odd finger or hand. Bozos!

Let's hope the folks in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico have more sense.

Keep safe,

Sue

Those fires are getting worse in Colorado and New Mexico. And the dust storms in Arizona are monstrous. We haven't heard from our CI members in those states. Is everyone okay?
