Southern CA - Fellow Camp-Inn Owners?

Hello everyone from Southern CA (Garden Grove)!

I recently purchased a 2007 Camp-Inn trailer and I'm really happy with it. I have made a few mods to upgrade it:

--Added a solar port and wired it to the battery
--Increased battery to 100 AH
--Added USB charging ports internal and in kitchen
--Changed all lights inside and in kitchen to LED dimmable
--Added a 3" memory foam topper to the mattress
--Added a Bouge RV plug-in cooler
--Added backsplash to sink
--Upgraded faucet

I have taken it on a couple of short trips. Anyone else in So. CA? I'd love to connect with others nearby to share ideas, suggestions on good places to camp, compare notes, etc.

Welcome to the fam, Geoff! Congratulations on the purchase!! I'm sadly in cold Indiana, where it got up to freezing today! This is abby-normal for us, but ... well. I can still hope for sympathy. My wife tells me its in the dictionary

Have you gotten in touch with CampInn and let them know you own it? They like to keep track of where we all are these days :) My first one is somewhere in Louisiana, I think. The owner is here in the forum as well, but not an active member. Its been two years or so since I saw 518 last.

Are you familiar with the Tearjerkers? It's a great club to hook up with, regardless of what you camp in. The official link to them is at Home - TearJerkers.net, but you'll likely find a 'chapter' on Facebook these days. I know Cali is a vast state, but finding a club is a great way to keep things fun.

Yup, Geoff has gotten us his info and his camper, #168, is all updated in the system. As a side note, it is a 2006.

Ugh winter! Sounds like you should consider snow birding to a warm place. It's cooler and cloudy with rain soon here, but I'm sure it's still better than snow and ice.

I did contact support a few times with various questions and in doing so updated the owner on the trailer.

I'm checking out Tearjerkers!! Thank you for the suggestion!
