FOR SALE Serial number 500 560 Ultra sold at auction

Cary Winch

Camp-Inn Staff
Camp-Inn serial number 500 560 Ultra auction! Built as a Concept Vehicle, #500 was made to test the feasibility of several ideas of styling and technology. Number 500 is as much a piece of art as it is a fully functional camper trailer. After years of being a "museum piece," we have decide to sell this One-of-a-Kind travel trailer. It has sat in the corner collecting dust and being dragged out for a Show-and-Tell at our annual Camp-Inn Camp-Outt teardrop gathering. For years we have debated when or even if we would sell this trailer. We have had several offers from customers wanting to buy it. With the recent increase in Camp-Inn sales, and the growth of our Road Toad line, we need as much room as possible. Selling this trailer will help us to, more quickly, meet the increased demand for our customers.

We will be putting number 500 up for auction starting Feb 8th.

She is a bit of a heavy one. Probably about 1500lb empty. The stainless is half the thickness as the aluminum but still adds a notable amount of weight.

Jack,
You did get to look at this one. Not polished but for sure has a unique shine different than the aluminum.

I think it is exceptionally ….Something something…. that this auction for this gorgeous hunk of craftsmanship launched aprox 30 days after I paid off the note on our 560

Congrats to whomever got the winning bid!

I hope they’ll be at CICO this year so I can admire it ‘in the wild’ instead of in the nest. It was time for it to fly!
