Air Conditioner Ok, I Have An Ac Question Please

Time to stray from the original post.

During the CICO, Cary mentioned a flexible solar panel that will provide 75 watts to keep a fridge powered. The price is around $1,000.

This panel has a much lower price point. Flexiblity has many pros, such as being able to store under the mattress or roll into a tube shape.

Can the solid panels be stored under the mattress without any damage?

Jean, that sounds expensive for 75 watts. Here's a 135watt kit for about $650. I wouldn't mount it on the roof, though. Maybe the flexibility of what you mentioned is worth the extra $$$?

At the NW Camp-Inn outing, Julia showed me her solar set up. She purchased two smaller solar panels and connected them together when she used them. It was easier to pack the smaller panels than carry one large one. I believe she had two 45 watt panels. She also had two small aluminum tables that could be folded in a way to provide the angled support for the panels.

I like the idea of the flexible solar panels but the price is a major road block.
