Hi Ted,
My husband and I recently visited a Camp-Inn owner in Pepperell, MA who has the Ultra 560. We, too, went back and forth, but after seeing the Ultra 560, that is the one for us. Mark let us look over the CI in detail and I sat inside on the sofa and loved it. Although we haven't seen a 550, we could visual it as it ends where the sofa begins. That seems too small for the 2 of us.
We are ordering a Ultra 560 this month for April 2015 delivery. Then we hit the road as full-timers.

My husband and I had the same quandary but on different sides - I liked the 560's (awesome) couch (and sunroof option), he liked the 550's retro styling. It took us a couple of years (and several trips to the factory!) to finally decide on a 550.

Well, my husband and I went around again in the decision making process, and finally settled on the Ultra 550. Although the sofa in the 560 is very appealing, we decided we liked the traditional teardrop shape and coziness of the 550. We're awaiting the price quote from Cary and then we're off to place the order! I think it's great you got to the factory! And I am happy you get your trailer next week -- so exciting! Happy trails!
