Well done Joan! I am amazed at the lack of parking skills exhibited by some of the big RV owners in the campgrounds, lots of scraping, crunching and cussing, it's like they just won the thing on the Price is Right. You would think they'd practice a little, or just stick to the pull throughs.

It is a happy moment when you back into a camping stall with ease, let alone in the dark!
On my last camping trip I was giving myself a self-congratulatory pat on the back after having successfully backed into my campsite, but my sense of pride in a job well done was (let's say) "adjusted" considerably soon after.
I was in the process of unhitching my trailer when a woman (with 3 children plus a baby screaming at the top of its lungs) drove up with a truck towing a 30 plus footer. With all the distractions of 3 hyper kids and a screaming baby she single handedly backed that massive unit into her camping site. I could feel my own sense of accomplishment slipping away as she navigated that beast into her camping stall.
Then in comes in a gal towing probably a 22 footer. She also backs her trailer in all on her own albeit with a little bit of difficulty.
By that point, I couldn't help but marvel at how things have changed in the camping scene over the years: a microcosm of societal advancement. Power to the women!

If I hear a "Chrrruuunch".. or feel a "Jolt" and things stop moving even after accelerating, I stop, pull forward and listen/feel again.. heheh Needless to say... I love my Bumper...

Oh I couldn't agree more Betsey. Towing a boat for years before a CI, the boat landings are an absolute blast. When the summer boat days ramp up down here, it's almost just as enjoyable to enjoy a cold 6-pack sitting on the dock in the sun just watching people back in as it is being a woman backing down right between the rest of them. Robert and I joke we can drop that War Eagle in quicker than they do at a Bass Master tourney
I will say there was a definite learning curve still on the TD with it being so much shorter and sensitive to the turn than our boat, but it's been a fun challenge. Glad to have so many women on here rocking it out too.
