We are new owners of 550 Ultra #0856. Purchased in California and brought home to Friday Harbor, WA.
We are excitedly gearing up for some Fall and Spring camping. I want to acknowledge Craig in the service department at Petenwell Industries. He has very competently walked me through the troubleshooting of my one and only malfunction on the trailer. He is a great communicator, very friendly, and has lots of personal experience with building, using and repairing the Camp-Inn trailers. Many thanks Craig! David & Pam
 
I agree, everyone there is great at customer service. It’s even possible the Craig you worked with was one of the owners / original creators of the Campinn models.

The great customer service, and honestly this forum, were some of the factors leading to my choosing a campinn in the first place.

Congrats on the purchase, now go and enjoy it!
