Finally got out! Highly recommend Barton Flats. Large private sites, nice bathrooms, good hiking, dog friendly, super nice camp host and good phone service. About 12 miles past Angeles Oaks (camp store there) on Highway 38 at 6000 feet. So good to finally get out, social distancing at its finest!
My wife grew up near Lake Arrowhead and attended the Rim of the World High School. She has taken me up there a couple of times. Very pretty area.
