A clean up tip

    One of the drudgeries of making things from dough is the clean up. Especially cleaning the implements that contained, mixed or handled the dough. There is always chunks or remnents of dough on them. Hot water turns em into a miniature dumpling, and cold water makes them slippery.

    Here is the suggestion rinse and drain your tools with tepid water. Drain off excess. Then with a dry paper towel wipe up the remnant dough. Toss that PT into the trash and then procede to wash as normal. No more gummed up sink stoppers, brushes or towels.
