Evan -- great! So we were in a storm and had not unhitched from our tow and were fine. The POP up by us had unhitched and the trailer moved a couple of feet. So I think if we expect a high wind we will probably hitch up for the add "tie down" but when it comes to lightening?

Re: Coleman Cooler Lid So got the new lid with new latch on works fine. So now I have an extra lid . So if anyone has a damaged lid and a good latch let me know - it's yours for postage.

I thought Coleman was sending the latch piece but today a big box came with a full lid so we are good to go. Way to go Coleman. Ken thanks for your suggestion.

Got our Coleman Cooler out to put in the Galley now that we moved the Dometic and found that the Latch does not work at all. So have been searching on line for a new Latch but it seems they are all "out of stock". Does anyone know where to find them or anyone have a work around?

Jean I too do not think we have anything to hide but I think we all know that Craig and Cary know better than any of us how to fix a problem and I for one would not want to give someone advise that could be wrong or even less than the best.

The chicken sounds wonderful we have done somewhat similar and we do use a baster to get juices for gravy or to baste meat. I bought one that is stainless steel for ease in cleaning and durable for camping.

we have not used the grill plate yet but we used the wok for rice and stir fry last summer at home worked nicely.

Michael we have the Northern Breeze floor it is heavy duty and works nicely - we have used it in mud and the only issue was bagging it up to take home and clean. At home I laid it on the grass and hosed it off easily - no real scrubbing needed.
