Rain, then rain with wind. Next the sun came out. Since we backed up 2 miles of Lake Hartwell behind our site, we had wind. Then really windy. And still pretty breezy at 9:47 pm.

Mary Ellen and I helped hide 2000 Easter Eggs and then helped herd kids during the hunt.

Sunset after a nice relaxing day. Helping hide Easter eggs here at the park in the morning. The Ranger here at Sadlers State Park was a student at a high school where I Asst Principal 25 years ago. He does a great job here & has improved it a lot since coming here.

Made it Sadlers creek State Park until Monday. Discovered the GFI outlet in our carport had been tripped and now we need a new battery for Jeremiah. Fan not opening so obviously it is not running either. Trying to figure out if the fan problem is a byproduct of the battery’s demise.

I rode my bicycle out to this spot sometimes. Takes an hour to get there. There is a landing strip there that is mostly used by a model plane club. Good place to take a break and watch the planes, then ride home.

Nice here today with temps near 80. That’ll change this week. Find out when high school spring sports can start in SC & avoid camping here that week, it’s always wet/cold. First track meet is Tuesday.
