And if you dont care about the lighter weight, easier fill level visual confirmation, BLEVE safety feature, then you can get steel tanks filked to 17lbs, which is equal to 17.5 gal on the 80% standard regulation fill on a 22lb Viking tank.

I have had two fiberglass tanks. One was recalled due to a manufacturing defect that might have caused it to split apart. It was replaced with one using a different manufacturing technique with no seams. However, because of the poorly manufactured fiasco, no propane dealers in my area would refill a fiberglass bottle. Too expensive for a one time use.
