New Battery

Got our new battery installed this morning. Got the old one out & the replacement in without mashing any fingers. Got this one from Batterysharks. Worked with Cary/Craig to make sure we got what we need. First time I’ve had a battery shipped to the house.

For some reason the gfi outlet had gotten tripped and we didn’t realize it. It was near the end of its life anyway. We will be checking daily to make sure it doesn’t happen with the new one.

Our GCFI was taken out by a nearby lightning strike. The first indication was it was flashing. I recently posted that the ground for the GCFI can be on opposite ends depending on the manufacturer. Cary was a tremendous help with the troubleshooting.

Not sure what tripped our outlet. Never done that before and it’s been there for 8-9 years.
